 ## 1. Store Overview Granny Craft is an online store specializing in the sale of **digital crochet patterns (PDF files)**. Our products are designed with passion to support both beginner and experienced crocheters. 

 ## 2. Products offered All products sold on our site are **downloadable digital files** (crochet patterns in PDF format). No physical products are shipped. Each product file specifies: - The level of difficulty - Included files (number of PDFs) - Available languages - A detailed description of the project 

 ## 3. Order and payment - Prices displayed are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, where appropriate - Payment is made online via our secure providers (Stripe, PayPal, credit cards) - The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment - After payment, the PDF file is automatically and instantly sent to the email address provided during the order 

 ## 4. Digital delivery Since our products are digital, delivery is **instant** after payment validation. No shipping delay applies. If you do not receive your file, please check your spam folder or contact our support. 

 ## 5. Right of withdrawal In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an immaterial support whose execution has started with your agreement after payment (i.e., as soon as the file is downloaded). By validating your order, you acknowledge and accept this exception, in line with our [Refund Policy]. 

 ## 6. Intellectual property and usage rights - All patterns sold on Granny Craft remain the **intellectual property** of Granny Craft - Purchasing a pattern grants you the right to use it for **personal purposes** - You are allowed to **sell the finished items** made from our patterns, provided you credit "Pattern by Granny Craft" if the product is put up for sale - It is **strictly prohibited** to resell, redistribute, share, or publish the PDF file itself (in whole or in part), whether for free or for payment - Any unauthorized reproduction of content (text, images, pattern) is subject to legal action 

 ## 7. Site usage By using our site, you agree to: - Provide accurate information when placing your order - Not use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes - Not attempt to copy, distribute, or resell our content without permission 

 ## 8. Liability Granny Craft strives to ensure the accuracy of information and the quality of offered patterns. However, we cannot be held responsible for: - Errors in execution due to misunderstanding of the pattern by the buyer - Technical issues beyond our control (internet outage, email issue, etc.) - The use of recommended materials (yarn, hook) from other suppliers
